How Is Age Difference Calculated?
The age gap is calculated by taking the earlier date of birth as the "older" person and computing the elapsed time between the two dates. The calculation follows the same method as calculating a single age: count complete years first, then remaining months, then remaining days. The result is always expressed as a positive value regardless of which date you enter first.
